OutlookText = "<p><b> Sept 9 (Thurs) - </b> We have a small (3 foot range) 9 to 10 sec period swell heading our way for an early Fri AM arrival. The leading edge looks like the peak and will arrive well before daybreak, but there should be some small lines for awhile before the high tide (9:40 AM Friday) mushes it out.  It doesn't look like quite enough to make it thru Sat morning, but small folks on big boards may want to consider a Sat morning Dawn Patrol session.
